VHS Video Recorder - Sharp VC-A60HM
This VCR plays UK (PAL) VHS video cassettes. It has been checked, and required a new belt. I had one that was a little tight, which I fitted - but the sound warbles a little. otherwise, it works as it should and will need to be checked and serviced.
This 4 head machine was from a time when machines were well built, heavy, and fixable!
It comes complete with a power cord, but will require an ariel (RF) cable, or scart cable to connect to your TV. This is a basic, but excellent VCR to check old tapes, or transfer your recordings to digital formats. There is no remote control, but the standard functions of play, fast forward, rewind, record (etc) are all on the machine.
It should be considered good for a project or parts - as it plays well, but isn’t perfect, and will need investigation.
