SONY SL-C7 Betamax Video Recorder
This is for one tested and working Sony Betamax SL-C7, which was probably the flagship Betamax machine back in the early 1980’s. This machine is fondly remembered by most collectors, as just about everyone had one, or you knew someone who had one. The were big, heavy, and built like tanks!
A lot of faults on the C7 model have surfaced over the years, which has led to many of these turning up on eBay broken. Fortunately, I have repaired hundreds - and this has all the required modifications, and servicing done. It’s also had new belts.
Postage will be very difficult due to weight (it’s around 30kg), so collection is from Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Postage could be possible, although please enquire for details as it will probably require hand delivery by me…..
